SCIENCE CONQUERS FUCKING TELEPATHY; NERDS READY THEMSELVES FOR THE GREAT UPLOAD

i totally hope i live long enough to see this shit get sold in walmart.

"I can still talk verbally at the same time," Callahan told New Scientist. "We can differentiate between when you want to talk silently, and when you want to talk out loud." That could be useful in certain situations, he says, for example when making a private call while out in public.

Are you thinking what I'm thinking??? SUPER SPIES!

what i have been doing:

-writing artist's statements through my arse
-trying to figure out Kirchoff's Rules
-uploading new pages onto website
-organizing art night (Botticelli's Birthday Party)
-trying to piece together a longer animation

auf bau, auf bau:
-i'm going to be in the student art show in kelowna in may
-hey mister sky is going to be submitted to the student film festival in march (shorts under a minute). the exciting part? they're gonna pick a few of the submissions to send to Toronto Film Festival. I'm realistic... it probably won't be that one, but it's the first year that they're running it so maybe it'll get picked by default. who knows.

progress, my friends, progress.

water songs
A Wash, A Sea, Goodbye, It's Me -Aarktica

Lifeboat - John Vanderslice

Louder, Roared the Sea - Jackie-O Motherfucker (caution: 16 minutes of pure fucking awesomeness)

Over the Pond - the Album Leaf

Walking On Water - Richard Hell & the Voidoids

A Specific Ocean - Super Furry Animals

so anyway, that's my excuse for not having too much up these days. i've drawn, they've just yet to be scanned + uploaded... too much else to do. chem & physics lab reports, bio pre-labs to be done, assignments due, second round of midterms are sneaking up surprisingly quickly...
