I'm mostly cranky because I want to paint and also because Canada Post is massively incompetent. Fuck the postal service, it'd be a shorter wait to just invent a goddamn transporter. It takes them NINE days to go from Richmond to Calgary? I could walk faster than that. JESUS EFFIN CHRIST, PEOPLE. Maybe we can just hire anencephalic babies. Projected increase in productivity and efficiency: 5000%.

If Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie were as cute as Bernadette Carroll, maybe i wouldn't hate them so much.

as much as i love the clean sound on new releases like the sunset tree, especially the added strings and the greater range in instrumentation, and i'm not saying jd should confine himself to fisher-price tape recorders, but there's something really beautiful about his older recordings that sound like he did it in someone's bathroom, crouched in front of a trusty panasonic tape recorder with the door locked.
