also, i think you should go for a mint plant instead. they just DO NOT DIE. EVER. I am usually a horrible plague that happens to plants yet my mint plant is thriving and EVEN FLOWERING. You can get weird awesome types too, like chocolate mint and orange mint plants. The chocolate mint actually smells like mint chocolate chip ice cream. mmmmm.
